Will is a restoration ecologist with extensive, technical experience in the conservation and management of sensitive natural resources throughout the West Coast. His focus has been conducting site evaluations and inventory analysis to develop and implement adaptive management plans until performance standards are met.

Prior to joining RestorCap, he managed and facilitated large scale restorations throughout the Pacific Northwest from site preparation through stewardship phases. Additionally, he worked as a hydrologist for the state of Florida where he analyzed hydroperiods to meet both public demand and ecological needs of waterbodies throughout the state.
Will has a BS in Environmental Management Systems from Louisiana State University and a MS in Environmental Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
